Converting videos to flv with ffmpeg

Download videos from youtube is no mystery to anyone else (just use some extensions such as fast video download or download helper), after downloading the video it will be in flv, more if I wanted to take the video on a flash drive to my girlfriend's house to watch the video with her? is the pc it does not support flv? is easy to solve this after downloading the video enough to run the following command to convert the video:)
 $ Ffmpeg-i get_video-ab 56-ar 22050-b 500-s 320 × 240 test.mpg

you can use: avi, mpg and wmv

note: need ffmpeg installed.
